Can't buy from my CW shop

I know you can buy from your own shop. The problem is it's saying I've inputted the wrong password when it's indeed correct. Help?

Edit: For now I've sent myself a temporary PW, but I'm very confused why my master password isn't working

I'm not familiar with the system since I'm not a creator, so forgive me if I say/ask something dumb xD

Are you able to change the password and get it to work?

I can't try that right now cuz I don't have anymore CSC to buy with XD Not to mention there's nothing in my store that I need to buy at the moment XS
