Haha its a Netlfix original show called Orange is the New Black. That character is known as "crazy eyes" in the show. The rag doll was definitely created after that character because its called Inmate Rag Doll and in the show the plot is a bunch of drama and women at a correctional center. Not too much info, but its a great show.

Yeah, I though it was hilarious because I had already been fallowing the show and when I got the rag doll from trick or treating, I could not stop laughing! Had to share it for those who were also fallowing the show :P if any
