Is there a particular screen you need to go to to unlock this achievement? I should have it by now, but don't.

That said, as far as I can recall, you should just get it automatically. If you've gone to the achievement page and there is no drop down list on that achievement, you qualify and haven't gotten it, I would recommend submitting a ticket if none of the other threads give you anything useful.
