New CW shops not working correctly!!

I've put items in my new CW shop but when people buy them I don't get any CSC and they don't get charged even if they get the item, this should be looked into ASAP cause I can't do anything about it since I cannot even remove the items =/
@ disasters @ karenp @ CLAMP Pinging you guys here cause I know you put items in your shops too and maybe you're having the same issue =_=
EDIT: There's also an issue on the amput of CSC I'm supposed to get for the items I sold:

I haven't changed the price for the Obiso I should get the same amount of CSC for every purchase :v
oh boy I thought Keith disabled the buying for right now.
They disabled buying for a few minutes and now it's back up but I haven't gotten my Csc either on all the things people bought from me :( I hope they fix it soon
I know people bought stuff from mine and they haven't been charged, sigh.. also, I keep getting different messages about how many CSC I should get for the same item :V

I just purchased (and received) an item from a new shop , but my csc balance didn't change and the person I purchased from didn't receive the payment D:
"Your custom wearable Soothing Berry Infusion has sold. The difference between the base price and item your item is 200CSC." The item is gone from my shop but I haven't received the csc :/
The shops have not been released and were specifically put up so that creators could add the items. The buying function was turned off earlier, but was not properly removed from the shop.
Please make a ticket with the CSC that you are missing, and if you have not had CSC removed from when buying an item please make a ticket as well. We will be going through logs later and people who abused this bug will be frozen.
