I have quite a few quest points but nothing I really want. Is it best to keep saving or are their items worth cashing out for and selling?

Books always sell well.

if you have a bunch of points you can create a thread in a advertising forums and sell your points.

plushies,books,beanbags,stickers all those sell good because people want to finish there collection :)

I would just say spend em on books and collectibles, fill your collections and etc and sell the rest for a tidy profit
