I tried switching to the Luminaire layout and all of the images are gone. The site's colours change but the top banner + postcards are missing, as is the background of the navigation bar.

Only the Luminaire layout seems to be broken for me. I'm using Firefox 33 on Ubuntu 14.04.

Turning off AdBlock doesn't fix the problem.
