Some of my hovers don't seem to be working on pet profiles. Now I know these did work a week or two ago, but today they aren't working at all, so I was wondering if something had been disabled in the coding, to prevent it from working....

Some hovers work fine, but hovers that scroll to the right, don't seem to want to move.

One of the pets in question is Ratsu - if you hover over the two boxes to the right of the main box, they should slide out to the right, but neither move at all.

I've changed nothing in that coding since they were working, and also have noticed that other pets have a similar problem.

I have cleared my cache and cookies, and done a hard refresh. I've even checked in Opera & Internet Explorer (!) but the hovers still won't work :( Chrome Version 38.0.2125.104 m and the same in Opera 25. Ok, that looks like it's my computer Chrome weirding out for that, as I've tested it on a different site, and it didn't work there either (when I know it should), yet it works in Firefox o.O

[edit] There's also a problem with the "pets" link in the personal tab at the top - normally when you hover, you get the list of pets, and can easily go to edit their page or whatever. However, when you hover.... the list of pets is missing :(

o.O that's really weird.... seeing as they still won't actually move for me (well this time they did, but they jumped half way to where they should be, then just stuck there), could you just see if the top one moves faster now (same pet) please?

I've no idea why I can't see any of the hovers (or when I do, it jumps part way, then sticks, as if I'm still hovering when I'm not), but at least it isn't a problem for everyone :)

The hover from the main Personal tab for the Pets doesn't work at all. Nothing shows up when I'm hovering over it. I don't know of another way to get to an individual pet page (not profile) to see books read, foods eaten, etc.

If you know the ID number of your pet, you can use http://subeta.net/pet.php?petid=3264856 (just change the ID) as a workaround - it's not ideal (I hate going through the main pets page)

I don't know their ID but thanks for showing me that. I went to the main page b/c weren't you able to click on a pet and go straight to either their profile or edit page? Now it just reroutes back to the main (all) pet page when you click on one. I did notice the little edit icon above the hunger/happiness box, so at least I can check on things if I need to.

nods normally there's the list of pets when you hover that "pets" link, but it seems to have vanished again :(

If you click the links to your pets from your profile, you can see the ID numbers :)

the tabs on paddy's pet profile slide out for me, though slowly. I'm having trouble with the pet dropdown not working in the personal tab. This was an issue a while back and its recurring now.

, Another trick too that lets you view your pets profile is: http://subeta.net/pets/PetNameHere. Just insert your pets name at the end where it says "PetNameHere". I had to use that last night when trying to view my pets profiles when I realized the hovers weren't working. >_O

Thanks I noticed it yesterday, too, but thought it might've cleared up by today.

I noticed the pets thing too in the personal tab, but I also thought it would've been fine today. I went to Ratsu's profile since linked it and the bottom tab moves very slowly for me, like a crawl.

Hope this gets fixed soon, again.

Thanks for checking that everyone :) I just tested out Ratsu's coding on another site, and that didn't show me the hovers either, so it must be my computer acting weird for that o.O

So, I've edited the first post to cross that out laughs

Hopefully the pet list (hovering over the pets link) in the personal tab will be added back soon though - I hate having to go through the main pets page to edit my pet profiles (seems to take ages in comparison)

I just noticed this as well! I'm relieved that it's not just my computer actin up on me and hope that it's fixed soon!
