I'm not sure whether it's Subeta standard or not, but what I do know is that the hair looks pretty. o (grabby hands at a purple recolour)

I just happen to have a purple/blue version on my catfish paws/fins
Not exactly purple, but still c:
I have some wig ideas on which you can practice on. XD (you realise I'm not good at offering constructive critism)

Well, go ahead and throw me the ideas then c: And have a great dinner :D
Good morning lovely! -hugs-
Firstly, I think that animal mask thing, is super adorable! And a very clever idea!!! XD And I don't even do furries... ;P
Secondly, I'm not sure as far as Subeta goes as to what is Subeta quality... I can tell you that personally I would prefer something a little more real looking... A more real/life like texture to the hair... Rather than the flatness you currently have going on... :)
I hope I wasn't too harsh!!! I don't wanna be mean!!! 😔 ❤

I'm glad you like the animal mask idea o3o I don't usually do furries either, but it's fun to dress up as one once in a while!
Thank you for the feed back on the hair too, I'll trying to make it more real-like, kind of confusing though, I have no idea where to start T_T And don't worry, you aren't harsh d;
I really really like it! I feel like it's missing free loose strands at the bottom, like maybe have it one opening a bit between strands of hair at the far ends. The back view of it is all right, it's just the part over the shoulder that looks a bit off. other than that should be ok o3o really really like the purple one
Thank you for the feed back c: My friend said that it needs more loose strands too, so I think I shall add some more c:
I think one way of making it more realistic is not keeping it all in one perfect shape, even the hair you're wearing now has wisps out of place, etc.. and I think that's one thing that distinguishes hair from "plasticky, flat, fake" looking and more realistic. Also focus on how hair behaves, etc.. it doesn't all stay together, ever, not even with styling products (unless a ton is used). I think it might look realistic if it was more out of place and not perfect, curls going here or there, wisps coming out the wazoo, etc.. That second brown one is much better in terms of the wisps but you have to take it a step further and redo the whole wig, it's too perfectly put together all over the place.
Hope that was helpful, I mean in terms of art I have no skills so it's not like I can really say what is good or not, but I think if you want it to look less flat and like a mr. potato head wig, then it needs to flow more naturally. ^-^
Thanks for the feed back, it is quite helpful! o3o A"perfect" wig in my mind, so I am not sure if I want to add more curls and all. But definitely more wisps nods I wanted hair that look something like "watery" , well kept and groomed xD
Even if that's the style you're going for, it needs to look more like it actually flows with the water sort of.
Take for example it's supposed to be watery and flowy, and the shape of it is a little put together but there is still a lot of out of place hairs, and I mean I still find it a bit plasticky, but it's good enough that it's not flat. Also, if you look at the shading on it, there are no actual dark lines in it, just a mix of shades of pink. Which you also might wanna work on with the old version.
That new one is so good. The only thing I can say you could work on is the lines, try to make them un-neccessary by using lighter/darker shades of the color to highlight the hair, like in . I know some wigs get accepted like that with harsh accents, but you probably would have a better chance of getting it on site, if it doesn't have black or overly dark lines aside from the outside of it.
I would love to give you critique but when it comes to certain things I'm still trying to figure it all out. XP I think it looks nice though. I think maybe a few out of place hairs could look good though.
I agree with everyone's critiques...I little less perfection 😊 I am looking f or someone to do a wig for me so if you practice the art of a bit more messy contact me ❤

Thank you very much guys, I've only managed to get on after a looonng day! I've got an update for the first wig, got to upload it to first post in a sec, and I do agree that the second hair's shading is a bit too dark. It shall be fixed and I will update. nods
I'm currently trying to make my friend some hair for practice, curly ones are even harder to do ;o; But I'm glad my lines aren't as wobbly as they were.
You are most welcome! :) And hey, you're ahead of me as I couldn't of even gotten that far!!! :D

I like it better with the few loose strands. Looking at it now it might be my monitor but the lines on the right side look a bit thin/fuzzy (hard to really tell which) I'm not sure if that's just because of resizing or what.
I really like the texture you put on the hair ^-^ I'm jealous because I'm still trying to learn how to do that xDD But keep it up! They look nice (: Learning to break hair into locks(references help) is my advice, and not necessarily adding a bunch of little loose strands all around XD (but it depends on the hairstyle, of course)
