Her outfit is pretty old so if you want to design a new dress or top/skirt idea go ahead. Just know that she has (a very small) tail so shorts/pants/swimwear bottoms aren't really in her best interest. But if you want to get fun with thhe sea witch idea and draw her in something more stereotypicially witchy or something more natural with seashells or something, you're more than welcome to.

Currency: CSC Type: Halfbody (1300csc) Reference Link(s): Blythe Extras: I love it when artists incorporate his syringe somewhere in the piece, whether he's holding it or it's attached to him, although it's not necessary. As for his outfit the red/black is interchangeable. You're welcome to give him black scrubs and a red jacket or red scrubs and a black jacket. I don't have any of his other outfits sketched up atm or I'd let you draw one of them.
