I have inmeadly done the extra wizzard quest and I'm happy with his reward.

But if I click in my buff after I have done and I choose between an extra wizard quest or 1% interest. There happens nothing. Click. I have chosen for 1% extra interest. Is this a glitch when it doesn't work when I click at these buttons or are they just mend as info?

You don't have to choose. There's no choosing. The 1% interest buff is there literally all the time and the wizard quest is received through a random event with a limited time then it expires and disappears.
