I got an event for a wizard quest buff, and so I went to do those quests. I managed to do 15 out of 16, and just as I was about to start the 16th one, I got an event saying my buff ended. So I went back to the main page for wizard quests, and it said I had completed 15/15 quests. But, I did not receive the extra 50 point wizard token you get if you finish 15/15 quests. Probably because it counted the 16th one as the last one, but I never got to do that one.

So receiving the buff actually made me miss out on a 50 point wizard token and had no benefits. That's...kinda crazy, if you ask me :P

You get the 50 wizard token for completing 100% of your quests, sadly, your buff ended between quest 15 and 16. So, it's not technically a bug.

When you completed quest 15, you still had a quest to go at this point, when you got your rewards. But, your buff ended just after, meaning that you couldn't do it.

I think this belongs more in site feedback?

It's not a bug, but would belong in Feedback or could become a suggestion, I believe someone recently suggested an extension to the buff time (idk if the topic is still active?). Even if it went from 5 minutes to 10-15 minutes, it'd already prevent situations like this :/

Edit: The topic in question is Buffs for TWO minutes?!?! c:

You don't even get the 50 point on your extra quest, though. It's just completely gone. I made a ticket about it but they couldn't do anything. And yes, I do think it's a bug.

What I wrote on my ticket:

Quote
Quests were just reset so I only just started to quest for today, but I got a buff for an extra wizard quest so I really had to hustle to get through all the quests. Usually I get the 50 point reward on the 10th quest, but today I didn&;t. I started the 11th quest and my buff ran out right after I started it, but I could still finish the 11th quest, but I still didn&;t receive a 50 point token. Not sure how this buff can be considered an extra reward when I&;ve come away with less than usual.

Hi there. I am so sorry about this. 😞 Unfortunately, we cannot really do anything about this. 😞 If you feel this was a glitch or error, you could post it in the Problems and Bugs forum so a programmer could take a look into it. I am sorry I cannot be of more help. 😞

The last sentence of what I wrote on my ticket sums up how I feel about it: Not sure how this buff can be considered an extra reward when I've come away with less than usual. [edit] Also I added this onto my ticket:

Quote
Some other people said that it isn&;t a bug, but I think that it is, because the 50 point token is the standard "end reward". I feel that I should have gotten it either on the 10th quest or the 11th, but I didn&;t get it at all.

I've had days where I got two 50 point tokens. One for my 10th quests, then the buff appeared and I got one for my 11th quest too. But that was some time ago, so I'm not sure if it changed in the mean time? I think you just have to pay attention to the buff when you get it and you aren't close to finishing all the wizards quests. For example, last week I got the buff before I did any quests, so before I started the 10th quest, I checked how much time I still had. If I wouldn't have had enough time for two quests, I'd have waited untill the buff wore off before, to prevent missing out on the 50 point token.
