Sorry if this belongs in a subforum...

It would be really nice if we could redeem raffle tickets from our inventory rather than having to go to the forum shop for each one. A minor in convenience, I know. And I am not complaining about having to go so frequently now that tickets are more common. Just saying, it would be nice.

Edit: SO it has been pointed out that there is a link in the description of the ticket which takes you to the forum shop. A bit more convenient but still not as good as it could be. And the count under Other Currencies does not work.

Agreed. I've been going through the 'other currencies' page to redeem mine, annoying as well that the other currency doesn't show the number of raffle tickets i've redeemed.

I hadn't even thought about going there. Yeah, kind of odd it doesn't show how many we have there.

This would be great, especially since the event's all 'check it out in your inventory!' and you go there but you can't do anything with it. We can add tokens to our currencies and redeem sbq invites from our inventories - same treatment for raffle tickets, pls.

In case you didn't know, you actually can get to the forum shop from the item description. It's odd placement, but it is there.

Yes please! I'd like to just be able to turn in tickets from my inventory, and go straight back to the inventory. Like adding Wizard Tokens to currency, or items that go in the various collections.

Why not simply reinstall the 'reedeem' option now that the tickets no longer give out csc or items?

While it seems natural to check the description if there is no redeem option, not everyone checks the description and links look differently depending on customcss / site layout. A redeem option? Not at all.

Agree! Going to copy paste here what I said on the feedback forum:

So i just got my first one and i was just utterly confused what to do, the ticket sat in my inventory there was no redeem button anymore, then i found a clickable link in the description which is entirely illogical since not a single item on the site has a link in the description. So that's not where people are going to look. Then you end up on the forum shop page where there are also multiple links so you have to seek for the right one that allows you to redeem your ticket.

Usability? Anyone? You have to place information and links where people will expect to find them. Links are not expected in item descriptions. You can't directly redeem anymore from your inventory while in the past they were redeemable from your inventory. So the item stayed, but the use became different. Pretty much every item you need to redeem you redeem from in your inventory. Except for the raffle tickets now apparently. So everyone just has to have a sixth sense so they can sense that there is for one exceptional time a url in a description and that for one exceptional time you can't redeem from in your inventory.

I'm here for 6 years and a half and I'm still having issues not being able to find links because they are not where they should be.

So my questions:

• Why is there for one time an url in a description
• why is there no redeem button
• why is it: On item click> click on url in description> forum shop click > done.

I feel like it's been made super complicated while it could have been done so much simpler and so much more userfriendly.

Thanks for that info. It does seem an odd place for it! And obviously, many of us have not noticed it being there!

Yeah, I'd much prefer a direct redeem option to loading the Forum Shop every time, if possible!

Ditto this. Would be awesome if you could just redeem them straight from your inventory. Also would be nice if the correct count showed up on your currencies page as well.

I approve of this. Personally, I think any item that falls into your inventory should be able to be redeemed from your inventory, like the Subeautique invites.

I am wondering weither the glitching in currencies is due to it being read as Forum tickets instead of Raffle tickets.

Especially considering the event for finding a raffle ticket leads you to your inventory, I would definitely love to be able to redeem a single ticket or two from there instead of having to go back to the forum shop everytime I find one.

Yes please. I still wonder why there isn't a redeem function like SubQ invites, that would be so much more convenient. Or yeah, redeeming from the inventory, etc.
