Okay, so I've been away from Subeta for a bit now and came back on to check up on things and work on my activity levels! In the time that I've been gone my account has reached another year in age. SO! I head on over to the site pref page, it gives me the 'Longtime Member" achievement, I go to my inventory and low and behold... no loyalty box.

Did these retire and I'm simply unaware of it?

They have not retired but if you make a ticket they can manually award the box to you!
