I only have two items on the Face layer, yet they still turn red in the list with an "! INFO" next to it. It says "You can only wear 3 items on your face layer! You are currently wearing 4. You can purchase an additional slot for 75,000sP for 1 month!" But I'm not, I only have 2 items on my face, yet my Wardrobe thinks I'm wearing twice as many.
Is my zapper skin confusing the Wardrobe?
In fact my Head items are also affected. My Wardrobe thinks I am wearing the maximum amount of these slots when I'm not.
I'm seeing this on the face layer too, even from an empty HA and the very first face item I put on. "You can only wear 3 items on your face layer! You are currently wearing 4." Except, I'm only wearing one item on the whole HA!
It seems to save alright regardless, though, and will only save to the maximum number allowed (3 for me).
I've been having the same problem. A few of us reported it here too.
It hasn't prevented me saving the avatar as normal so far, which is good. Makes things a little confusing though. Have to check if it's just the bug, or am I really trying to equip too much in that layer? >_<

I found saving a completely blank avatar and reopening the wardrobe fixed this - it seemed to still be counting what my old HA was wearing.

I've found that if I press the button that takes all the clothes off at once, the items don't registrer as gone, but if I click the items away one by one, there is no problem.
I hope they get this fixed soon. Very confusing.

What and said. This was a bug that crept in when the new layer counters were introduced and I reported it right away and within the next day claimed it was fixed.
But it was not, or if it was it sure didn't stick. This is still a problem (with workarounds).
