Its been a lot longer than it normally takes to get my CSC to me. It said it would process when it went through my bank. Well i checked my bank and it already cleared but I have no CSC. Is there lag today? I was just wondering.

I'd file a ticket if it's gone through the bank but not onsite.

I'm having the same problem. I made a purchase through PayPal over 15 minutes ago and nothing yet. At the most in the past it's taken maybe a minute, but it's never taken this long.

Yup. At least its not just me then.
