Well i'm doing wiz quests and if there are 2 items to get on the quest it takes me 1 minute and 15 sec to do one of his quests.But at the end of the quest it crashes and says i'm not on a quest???Using google chrome on windows 7. Subeta is down......502.......Oh No! You aren't on a quest!Is the error message i keep getting constantly......frustrating to say the least... In the time it takes to do one quest the token points value has decreased.It's just not a good time to be on here.See you laters.😊

what is with all the lag??? There are not even 1000 users online. Difficult to do anything such as questing

Same here. I've given up questing for now. Losing too much time just to end with a crash at the end.

Yeah, I've been trying to quest for the past three hours but I keep lagging so I'm going to attempt to complete at least carl because keel hauliday ends today, but it's annoying because I had to deal with this same lag on Sunday. I get you're pushing a lot of changes and updates but this is frustrating.

Can you announce times when you're gonna push things so I can plan around the lag? I mean obviously you're gonna try to push updates constantly, but if there are hours of the day you specifically dedicate to that I'll try to do my quests on other hours. sadface

site still very slow

Site was slow earlier, so I left to go do other things. Come back and it's even slower...

I thought that the Bash Bug would've been fixed, but it's not... And with Morostide coming up, it's going to be even super-slower then.

They should really up the speed of the servers or something to fix the issue, even if it meant a day or so of the site being down. I'd be happy to wait at least a day for the servers to be fixed than to have to slog through quests and restocking, vending, and even putting items in my galleries/shops.

I had to put up with that annoying lag and a 502 Error while trying to complete the Drunk Carl quests.I didn't get to complete all of them as a result,and now I won't know what I missed.

So it's not just me? Is this just today or has it been the last several days (even before the bash bug thing). This really awful lag seemed to coincide with my new computer and I'm really hoping I didn't just blow all that money only to be worse off than I was before!

I'm getting lag as well, it's getting very annoying. And also a lot of crashes. I hope this is fixed, and soon. I also wouldn't mind a day of Subeta being down for a day or two, if it meant we got quality speeds rather than all of this slogging around. And it's definitely the site, because I have speeds of over 400kb/s on other sites, it's only Subeta that seems to be dragging it's ass.

You guys could put up that info banner again until you get an all clear from rackspace , might save all of us a lot of frustration .

Guys, I disabled the shoutbox to see if it would make a difference, and as soon as I did, the lag went away. It might be that, or it might be that Subeta is fixing whatever is causing the lag.

I don't use the sb, so unless it's something running in the background even though I can't see it (and if it is, can someone tell me how to make it not do that?), I don't think it's that. The lag does seem to be better today, so maybe they fixed it or are fixing it...?

It seems to be going a bit faster now than when I played earlier this morning. Hope it stays that way!

I'm suddenly getting a ton of lag again.

Hitting site unavailable/site down pages pretty frequently for the past half hour. Ouch.

Well we're back to the lags again and the hover takes a long time to work too.Just trying to do my quests right now. Now it won't let me know which pumpkins i already have...it just keeps saying that i don't have it when i look it up.:( (So i bought a lot of pumpkins for nothing!!)Now there are error messages too. Lag is getting worse....hover isn't working again...:(
