Hey there, my names Effy and I'm totally new here. I've gradually figured some things out for myself here (like putting up a user/pet profile layout, which took me ages to figure out facepalm), but I feel like I don't know where to begin with account and pet improvement.

For example, I don't have the slightest idea about training my pets and what not. After spending more than half my life as a neopets player, this new world is utterly exciting to me, but completely bewildering!

I'm highly looking forward to hitting the two week mark when I can start adopting some pets rather than simply creating one, but what would be the best way to spend my time while I'm waiting for that point? How do I go about making a spiffy signature/whatsit for on the forums like I see some people doing? What are the best vending machines to play if you want to make a profit? And what's with the stickers? What do you do with them? I'm confused on the sticker point, I've received a load of them from the vending machines so far but everything I've read has been conflicting as to whether I can stick them on myself or on someone else or what.

Hi there welcome.In answer to some of your questions.

1 Stickers can be added to your sticker album but you cannot do that yourself someone else has to do that for you and they cannot be taken back out,It is the same with your plushie and beanbag collection.Once you make some friends on here you can put stickers in their collection.

Go to the Achievements forum and you can ask in there for someone to put stickers in for you

2 Start doing Sarah's quests only new people like yourself can do that quest and once you have a decent amount of sp you can start the other quests.

3 Explore the map where you will see different quest machines they are all basically the same except for Saggi if I remember right you need to have over 700k to do his quests.

Go to the help forum there is a thread there that will tell you how to go about doing things on here,Don't be afraid to ask questions everyone on here is very helpful not like that other place you came from.

4 Re your pet you can put your pet in for training the training center is at Riverside also at riverside you can get free food for your pet.You can also read books to your pet to help with his Intelligence the more books you read to your pet the more Intelligence it gets.

Thank you so much, this is very helpful indeed! I did some of Saggi's quests earlier, luckily for me within the first few moments of joining I had two RE's involving some pretty pricy map pieces and walked into having 3mil almost straight away once they were sold.

The stickers was the part that confused me the most I think. Its such a cute concept though!

Yes you will find that you will find that even the staff play on here and are very helpful,You will find you will not get frozen for the slightest reason not like the other place I came from over there nearly 8 years ago.

People on here will help you if they can and if they cannot they maybe able to tell you who can.Don't be scared of asking questions no one will shout at you for doing so. Do you know you just put that sticker in my collection.

Welcome to Subeta! Lots of users here have Neo experience, so don't be shy to ask for help in Neo-jargon if need.

My favourite quests when I started was Wizard Quests (located in Sacred lands). Tokens here work sort of like dubloons do on Neo, but much more useful (If you've already gotten onto vending though, maybe you've already worked out what to do with them). Once you have over 800k I think, you can do Saggitarius, which can give you a really nice sP payout sometimes c:
