Would there be any kind of interest for tights like this?

They're tights with a raincloud, raindrop and umbrella pattern.

I think the tights are just a little too busy, maybe take away the umbrella part and remove the stripes? Idk how to improve it tbh but I think there are too many design features going on for a small piece like that to be able to decipher what's all on it (IMO). I think they would be fun with rain boots and a raincoat outfit though :D
