im still seeing what looks like a broken image icon on the body im not sure what is causing it have cleared cache and all but it dont seem to be on my end

i have tried to click on it to see if i can get the error or whatever is causing it but no luck

I'm having the same problem, tried clearing cache as well but the icon remains.
