This isn't happening every time, but sometimes when I try to buy something from a user shop straight from the shop search page it will get stuck and take forever to load and then say the site is down even though it's not.

I'm using chrome on windows 8. Like I said this isn't every time, but it is fairly often like maybe 1 in 5 times or so.

Is this happening to anyone else, or just me?

Edit: Okay, so it seems like it's just the one shop "Storm's Savings" that is causing this problem.

I am using chrome windows 8. Everytime I go to buy from this user's shop. It will not load or the site goes down. The name of the shop is Storm's savings. I asked my daughter if she was having the same problem and she said yes. She tried the shop and it did the same thing.

Happening to me periodically as well. I click that I'm done with the quest, it says I don't have the items, because the Ushops take FOREVER to load. Sometimes the purchase goes through EVENTUALY or it crashes.

Especially annoying with WQs as our prizes are timed by how quickly we complete the quest.

I'm having a problem buying from Storm's Savings too. Haven't noticed it on any other shops.

Hm, now that I've seen your comments I notice that it is mostly that same shop too that is causing the problem.

omg this is happening to me too with Storm's Savings it's really rather annoying. I didn't look at the shop itself but I imagine it's one of those "too big for the server" shops that causes everything to break

I've also been noticing this problem with the same shop as those mentioned. I'm trying not to buy from there, but sometimes I forget and just grab without looking at the name.

I never pay attention to the shop names, and just click 'buy'

I have shop layouts disabled, so I'm guessing it's what said

I had same problem with a shop callled "Autoprice" a bunch of days ago...

Hello everyone, I'm the owner of Storm's Savings. Sadly, I don't quite know what the issue is. I don't have any complicated layouts in my shop, all I have is a short description. I'm not sure how I'd be able to fix the problem, but like what simstar said, I guess mine isn't the only one. I suppose there's either a temporary problem with Subeta, or I can just remove half my items out and see if that works? I'm not sure, this hasn't happened to me until now.

Did you remove some items yet? I just bought a few things from your shop but I didn't get the same issue as I was having last night. Just out of curiosity - to see if it was a matter of "too many items" - how many items did you have in your shop?

No, I haven't. I've been busy in my animation class. Anyway, perhaps you're not getting the issue anymore because a good chunk of my items have been bought, so there isn't quite as much clutter anymore. And, um... I believe I had a little under 10,000 unique items, and about 20,000 in total. Now I have 6,093 unique items, and 14,622 total.

I just bought something from Storm's savings again but I didn't get lag or downtime are you guys still having that problem?

I just bought something and had no problem at all. Whatever the problem was the other day seems to have fixed itself. Hopefully it won't show up again at this shop, or others :)

To be honest I hadn't noticed if I have or haven't been able to ^_^; Seems the problem has sorted itself though which is good

I was able to buy from that shop today. Maybe they got it fixed last night.

I haven't been having problems anymore either.
