So I have a pet who is close to T6 but I'm not sure what will be good. I'm looking into Hydrus Tyemnota Charm, but is it worth it at all? For T6 items I currently have: Cherry Blossom Scythe, Crescent Fishtail Blades and Flame of Red Rreign Cuirass. I'm just at a loss of what's truly good to use VS me just going "oh it blocks/deals x icons -buys-"

It's one of those solid Tier 6 weapons that can help you well into tier 7. I rely heavily on it for my tier 7 and all my pets at tier 6 have used it so much during a lot of battles.

The charm is pretty, but not useful in battle. Alongside the RIWoD suggested, something along the lines of replica Minotaur knocker and frozen ocean curl can prove to be highly useful. If you are to start fighting challengers in the "very hard" category, Felibot should be a good starting point. His loot is the lightbulb nunchucks, which are pretty nice against Fish Breath Jacques, who drops blunderbuss (useful against the Fireside challenger Cursed Effigy as well as Forj Matriarch's Rekindled form and Meatslab's Resting form).

My pet recently got to T6 and I agree with the two comments above, and want to add that the is pretty good when you want to do some good ice damage, plus it boosts speed and defense. You can create it by combining from Fuyaira's loot and from Odonto's loot.
