ok so I just went through and got a bunch of the new achievements..and received the 'cookbooks galore' one..even though I didn't have all the required items I need this removed, but made a post first to mention it. will make a ticket here shortly

Exact same thing happened to me. I'm missing the very same book.

was removed via ticket and programmer, haven't had a response back on ticket yet though to let them know.
