A friend added a duplicate and [item=Hey! Feli Sticker] to my album and they relocated from their correct place to the end of my sticker album. But then, I received a duplicate and that stayed in place.

This is happening to me again. My friend stuck to me a and I moved it to go with the other pumpkin stickers I have. Another friend stuck the same sticker to me and the stack of stickers moved from the pumpkin area to the end of my album. So I'm having the same issue I originally reported that the OP linked.
