I've noticed the verification codes sometimes won't work. At first, I thought I was missing the fact that the word was at the top of the box and not seeing the entire word. That does happen sometimes, but I've really started paying attention. Sometimes I spell the word right, I'm SURE I'm not confusing letter that are close together, and it still tells me I got the word wrong. I go back, look again at the word, and see that I got it right, but I still have to refresh the word and type the new one in if I want to buy the item from the NPC shop.

Are you trying to buy different items in multiple tabs?

I do when I'm questing. Is that the problem?

The problem happens if you're on the purchase page (with the verification code) in two or more tabs. Just avoid doing that, and you should be fine. :) Finalise the purchase on one item before you go to the purchase page for another.

or just click the code to refresh a new one each time you go to that tab to buy.

So if you have 3 tabs, click the code and then enter it. Move to the next one after the first purchase is complete and repeat.
