Personaly Earn CSC Not Giving CSC

I went to the Earn CSC section of the cash shop and took multiple surveys and signed up for multiple sites and did what the bar up top told me to in order to get the CSC and I still am not getting it. I DID however enter correct information such as a valid email, my valid address and zip code, name, and other things but I still got nothing. The SB was talking about the Age Test where you get CSC and I took it but still didnt get any.
I dont know if this has been going on for a while, or was already discussed, so sorry if this is a pointless thread. Just wondering if others are having the same problem and if its not only me not getting the CSC.
-Disease Unfortunately, staff has said in the past that they cannot do anything about not receiving credits from offers and surveys since they are offered through another company. If you want to contact their support, you may be able to get the CSC rewarded but we cannot do anything on our end.
But to answer your question, I did a survey and did not get the CSC.
