I'm pretty oblivious to the battling side of subeta but now I want to get started! :) My pet Beirut is tier 5 with a Torrential Slam (6) spell. Here are the weapons I've got:

Reviver of the Lion is very good, I think the rest can use an upgrade :) Your first goals should be to get the Phoenix Quill (8m) and Reborn Wand of Doom (10m) from the Millionaire Center. They will both be retiring soon. The Phoenix Quill is similar to your Reviver, you'll use both forever in your battle set. The Reborn Wand of Doom is a good tier 5 weapon and it's important to get it now because in winter its counterpart the Freezewand of Doom (10m) will stock and you can combine them together for the best tier 6 weapon to use. To go with that the Replica Minotaur Knocker (6m or a prize for finishing the 2nd set of bobbleheads) is a good weapon that scales with your pet's tier. Short term you can also get a Singed Stuffing Scroll (150k) - cheap one that does damage and heals you. Longer term the Terra Focujin Scroll (15m - 25m) is better. Other additions you can look at: Gorgun (35 hard tokens in the battle shop), Shinwas Temple Shard (5000 humming power crystals), Recycle Blaster (prize for beating Recycle Beast x5) and Soma Tablets (225 reading drive points).
