Are you supposed to get increased quests with a GA? Yesterday I was certain I was able to do 40 and today I am only given 15. What changed?

Yesterday was a celebration day, where everyone was given double quests. You get 10 basic quests, and 5 for having a gold account. So that gave you 30 yesterday.

On a regular day a GA gets 15 quests :)
