Anyone realized how the food eaten page has changed? It used to be a single long page, but it's now separated in numbered tabs. This irritates me. You can no longer get a full view of all the foods the pet has eaten. It's also impossible to easily check if the pet has eaten some food item or not by using Ctrl + F. It alone used to be a quite slow method to check foods one by one, but still quicker than this.

My gourmand pet, the pet I usually give the food items, has eaten almost 1500 different foods and it's already really painful to check all those 14 different tabs just for one single food item. What about when the pet has eaten even more foods? Am I supposed to remember all the 2000 foods to not have to check them? How about 3000? 4000?

My dream is to feed 5000 different food items to my pet, but this makes it a bit hopeless. I don't think I could manage checking all those tabs, when there's dozens of them. Also if I have to start just randomly feeding items I just feel like I have not yet fed, I'm going to lose many food items and money as well. Not to mention how much time it will also waste to feed the same foods over and over again. The pets won't get hungry very fast. I bet not many of users have time to come back checking if the pet has lost one point in hunger and then feed it the item it has possibly eaten already...

I would have a suggestion though. If it's not possible to make the page show all the foods at once again, maybe a custom search bar would make the things easier. We could then search the foods without having to check every single page. It would also be a lot more user friendly than that crummy Ctrl + F. :)

Why don't you just use the Account Search feature to check if your pet has eaten something?

My pet has eaten over 5,000 foods, and I am VERY happy with the change. When one page has THAT much content to load, it can be very slow, and sometimes not load at all...

I think I can be glad with the change, the site was lagging like mad for me... XD

Also, you can always make a Subetalodge checklist for food, I did that myself and it helped me a lot feeding my Pet. :)

I think it should give us the option on how to view it.

I just bought a ton of food because I didn't notice the food page had pages. T_T; If they're going to do us like this, they should have given us a search feature on the foods eaten page.

I was upset when I saw what they'd done, and it's the same with plushie and beanbag collections.

I always used Ctrl + F to quickly check whether I'm missing a certain item or not. I also think it looked better when all the items were displayed at the same time. Now the items have frames around them and the collections just don't look like, well, collections anymore. They look like clumsy lists of items... to me anyways :/

I understand that this change reduces lag but what they could do is to add an option to choose how many items to display per page. And I really don't like those frames around the items but I don't think they're gonna change that.

Didnt know you could account search foods that were eaten. Yaaaaay.

My pet is approaching the 3k food mark and recently I've put an effort towards cleaning my vault/galleries of things she hadn't eaten. Sure, I can account search everything, but it takes a lot more time. Especially with the newly released achievements, I'd much rather just ctrl+f "jelly bean" and quickly see all jelly bean flavors she ate x_x

That being said, it was a nightmare to load the foods fed page, I can't even imagine how it was for people who were at the 5k+ mark. I just miss a search feature, OR a text-only single page for quick ctrl+f-ing! I suspect it would be very useful for the other collections, too.

So glad for the page feature. It used to take a while for it to load for me with almost 6000 foods eaten.

Not really a fan of this. Could we have an option to view all foods at once? I have 55 foods my pet has eaten that I don't have checked off on subetalodge, and I've entered 11 out of 23 pages worth of food and I haven't found one that I am missing yet.

Maybe we could just have a sorting ability so we can find food in the order it was fed rather than alphabetical?

I do love having pages so it doesn't crash my browser when it tries to load 5k foods. But I would also like a text-only list toggle.

I'd love either the ability to sort by most recently eaten or a text only list. Keeping track of it item by item is a ridiculous task when you could just buy like 100 foods, shove them at your pet and then mass add on subetalodge to keep track. Searching every single food for like the 3000 items I still need to feed? No.

I like the change (especially with like beanbags and such) but a little bar to search ON the collection page would be nice. Make it one of those auto-y ones like the achievements and not like the shop search and I think you'd have a real winner

It would seriously be nice to get this addressed. This is really ridiculous -- I would've preferred the old page to not have been touched at all. My only options are to account search every food item (Ie, the example jelly bean: I have to literally open up a new tab from the account search for god knows how many jelly bean food items) or to go through each page alphabetically.

I want to finish this achievement, but I've barely made any progress to it since this revamp, simply because I don't want to go through more steps when the older system was more efficient.

Yeah, I think a text-only single page toggle would be our best bet here. I'd love to see this addressed!
