i've always found listening to songs by eminem to be a great anxiety kill for me for some weird reason(which is ironic when compared to my usual preferences)
anyone else got an artist or song they turn to when experiencing hardships?
❤️wishes❤️ 🌼 Flower me! 🌼
Pink Floyd, Tool, Bjork, Fever Ray. They all got me through some rough periods throughout the last 10 years of my life or so.

Issues - Never Lose Your Flames. Such a beautiful song and I'm considering getting a tattoo for it :D
Listening to Lynyrd Skynyrd's Free Bird.
Pink Floyd and Tool have also gotten me through rough times.
I love listening to the moodiness from Roger Waters with The Wall, and then you can switch over to The Division Bell where David Gilmour helps you work through things with optimism and just reminds you that everyone's been there, and eventually they work it out.

I haven't watched The Wall yet, I've been meaning too. I love Tool's Vicarious and Schism, they have such powerful lyrics when you sit down and really listen to them.
Whenever I'm particularly depressed or upset it seems that the radio will play Streetheart (Canadian Rock N Roll band) and that seems to tell me that it will all be fine no matter what happened. Bob Segar music will put me in a good place as well.
April Smith sung my way through a hard not-exactly-breakup.
The Story So Far helped me greatly with getting over a few people and my obsessive compulsive disorder.
I find INFINITE is always the group that gets me through rough times. Whenever I'm feeling down, I just listen to their music and it puts an instant smile on my face. ^^

I've always found comfort in listening to Taylor Swift, Owl City or country songs.

Lana del rey... most of her songs just soothe my soul ❤

Definitely soundtrack music, probably in particular Doctor Who soundtracks and (shock shock) How to Train Your Dragon.
I'm a HUGE Imagine Dragons fan. They have a song for almost every mood of mind. Also a huge Fall Out Boy fan. I have a whole playlist of songs for bad days. The Pretty Reckless are great for when I'm just plain pissed off. Some specific favorites of mine include:
Runaway by Mat Kearney Dream, Hear Me, I'm So Sorry, Trouble, and Shots by Imagine Dragons Bravado by Lorde People Like Us by Kelly Clarkson Breathe by Sia Dog Days Are Over and Breath of Life by Florence + The Machine I'm Not Alright - Shinedown Secrets - OneRepublic Afraid - The Neighborhood
