be nice to have some omurice with ketchup on top. like a kitten omurice with a ketchup cat face.

i looked up omurice and didn't find anything. for those who don't know, its fried rice with diff ingredients,with an omelette laid on top, with cheese. and then ketchup drizzled on top or a special design.

Omurice is really delicious and so easy to make and customize to your tastes, especially if you don't bother with the fancy designs. I make hearts or swirls with ketchup sometimes if I'm making it at home, but there's a Japanese supermarket near me that has the most amazing omurice with a demi-glace sauce in its cafe.

This omurice food sounds like variations on the Frittata/Quiche theme, only with the kawaii bento twist. I've tossed rice leftovers in my quiches and frittata before. There are NO frittata in Subeta. Most of the quiches are zombie food (Real Men Don't Eat Quiche, but dead ones do?).

Frittata, Quiche and Omurice are very much the pretentious sort of food that Subetabucks sells, so maybe a set of six of these for that shop?

I think it would fit better in Quick Bites actually since omurice is more a rice dish than an egg dish.

As the OP said, it's fried rice topped with an omelette. The omelette is just a thin sheet of plain egg, so it's not like adding rice to a quiche or a frittata. It would fit best in Quick Bites since that shop already stocks things like Katsudon, Gyudon, Tekkadon, etc.
