I have been looking and havent seen this suggested anywhere. I have an urge to stash alot of items i get through events and battles etc in my vault, sorting this is painfull.

Now the usershops have this nifty 'Item use' filter. I wonder if this could be put into the vault aswell.

Would make sorting things alot easier.

I'm sure the vault will be revamped soon. Awhile ago they were talking about eliminating the amount of items one could have in their shop/gallery because it was bogging down the servers. Don't know if that's still the case, but vaults are supposed to be used for storing. I think the main reason they're not is for this very reason - no sorting option.

I look forward to being able to sort things in the vault, but I don't use it for permanent storage.
