I have been working with a humanoid form of a Hydrus Serpenth and created a massive story around her. I would love to have the official overlay recolored to match the humanoid character.

I would like the see the skin a grayish-blue with navy/teal/seafoam design details, white-ish eyes, and for all the fins to shift from an ivory to pink (like the hair).

I can also use some help pricing what this endeavor will cost me as well. So any help in that matter is greatly appreciated.
