Apparently this isn't working right,When I get the buff I have issues even posting on the forums and it doesn't seem to be helping me get a raffle ticket. No one seems to be getting raffle tickets in general even though they were supposed to be increased.

The increase from earlier today was a big increase, but it doesn't mean that you're going to get them very frequently. They still give cash shop items, and cash shop credits, for the next month.

We can redeem them for CS items or turn them in for points? Am i understanding that correctly?
Yup, the raffle tickets have always been redeemable which gives you either a low cost cash shop item, or a small amount of cash shop credits.
It's still meant to be a rare occurrence and not something you get every post (or every five posts) but a lot more frequent than it has in the past (especially with the buff :))

It seems as if the posting problem is clearing up. I don't seem to be stuck on the "posting" part. Still nothing to tell me I have the raffle buff other than happening to notice the ticket under buffs.
Well, thank you for updating about the ticket info, Keith. I came to this topic because I was wondering how the heck you even obtain a ticket; but now I know. I guess I'll just have to make-up things to talk about to earn some tickets.

I am not having issues posting anymore when the buff is active so that should help as well :)
Makes sense to not make them super obtainable since they still do CS related things. Just wanted to make sure they weren't broken like some achievements had been when first pushed out.
I'd rather take time earning them anyways,I like that it's not an instant obtainment thing for these items. Makes me a happy person :)

My main concern with the raffle tickets is that evidently achievement wins aren't being posted on facebook now, so less chances of them popping up that route. Bummer.
And that again just now, that we have severe server overload anyway. On top a Pete thread asking to post dance gifs.
And it keeps telling me "Your post is being made" with nothing happening.
How many shop points will a ticket grant, anyway? I guess i earned 3 or 4 over the years, lol.
I get the "post is being made" (which takes way too long so I refresh the page only to find my initial post somewhere among the mass of forum posts) and make a second which posts (luckily not doubt posted, hate when that happens). But the buff confuses me, why have it?

Yeah, I've only ever found 10 raffle tickets total. And 0 of those have been since the forums were revamped, seems like a lot of other people haven't been getting any either.
As long as the items in the forum shop don't retire for a long time, because at this rate it's going to take forever to be able to get them.
25 raffle tickets? Good grief. I've earned..maybe 4 raffle tickets in the entire 7 years I've been here. Guess I can forget about ever getting most of those items.
