I was doing a lot of refreshes, so I got the Random Even Buff for Allard twice, the second one right after completing my sixteenth quest.

It didn't allow me to do a seventeenth quest. This seems like a bug to me.

just had this happen to me too. they just rolled this out, so maybe its a glitch that we even got the buff twice in one day?

This happened to me too, but I'm assuming it's because they've upped the frequency of these REs and we're really only supposed to receive one bonus quest a day. If this is the case, I can assume they'll work to fix it so that you don't receive them as often, and if this is not the case and we can do as many quests as the wiz hands out they'll probably have to recode some things to let the wiz open up more quests upon events.

Same problem. The extra quests RE should be coded for users who've completed whatever quest for the day, should only go out once per day before the cron resets at midnight Subeta time, and should take GAs into account.

I too only got one, it would be nice if it was going to give me the buff and all if I could actually use it, although I see where it might not where I did get it twice in a short amount of time.

I've gotten 4 or 5 of them now.. which would be nice especially since it gives the extra tokens.. but at that rate tokens and the economy might go a bit nuts.

I just got another buff but it wouldn't let me have another quest. Don't want the tokens getting anymore deflated than they are so we shouldn't really get unlimited extra quests, so maybe the frequency of this random event showing up should be turned down a little bit.

Yup, I keep getting them. I'm on like the 5th or 6th RE buff today. I think only one bonus per day (per quest, pete, maleria, etc.. ) is fine though, because I also agree that it would mess with the WT system. I mean 250/350 WTs is plenty from daily quests. I'm sure they want other quests to be given the buff as well but the wiz is hogging them all, so that's why they're so frequent. So hopefully they're working on coding quests from saggi, quentin and the likes.

Well, I have another problem: I got the buff when I hadn't even started my quests, so I started to do them but it wore off directly after I did my first quest. It was maybe there for 30 seconds, maybe 45? Which obviously means I didn't actually get 11 quests. Is that the point of this buff?

^ Same problem here. I got the buff after my third quest, and it wore out only after a couple of minutes or so.

But when I completed the 10th quest, I didn't get any sP (got the Token, though), and afterwards, it said I had completed 11/10 quests.

My first buff worked fine. I'd done Shinwa already, so I think I had one Wizard quest done at that point and went through the normal ten and the buff before it went away. But I did get a second, which I couldn't use.

yes. The second one still doesn't work. Now that this particular buff extends out to fifteen minutes instead of five, it no longer matters if you haven't done your Wiz quests for the day, you can complete them in time. You do miss out on your second 50WT bonus if you haven't already done your fifteenth quest, but I don't consider this a bug.
