I know that when I wear a wig, I change the hairstyle of my base to Bald, so that there's not already a hairstyle there interfering with the wig. Is there something similar you can do with eyes? Some of the eye makeup I have interacts strangely with my base eyes and you can see parts of them around the makeup.

There's an option for no eyes, the same goes for the mouth.
