And you should report the person with a slur in their username...considering subeta "claims" that they don't allow hate speech.

I've seen a couple slurs already (I searched for them after seeing the first one and was EXTREMELY disappointed with the results) and...oogh, yeah, I feel like I should, but I've experienced and seen a lot of 'don't be so sensitive' dismissals, so I'm always...kinda hesitant to do so, ehhh...

I remembered my old name! :D I don't use that name anywhere online anymore, though. Bad memories. Urgh, I want my stuff back, though... What should I do? Should I send a ticket? Will they outright freeze me for having made a new account? So many questions D:

Yep, it's still there, but it says it's inactive! I sat and thought really hard about the name, too--finally found it!

Welcome back to Subeta :) You should be fine to file a ticket from your current account, as long as you provide your sign up email and username in your current ticket :) Hope it's resolved soon, and that you manage to stick around this time ^__^

What will happen to my name and stuff? would I be able to put the pet on this account on my old account? And change my username on it? That name brings back bad memories.

You can just file out a ticket with all the information you can, and a UA will help you. Our user admins are pretty prompt at getting back, and you'll be able to get proper answers from them :) They'll review everything properly and set you on the right path ^__^

If you do wind up having to be back on your old account, there is always the option to change your username :) That can be done via CSC, or with your loyalty box after your account is over 2 years old ^__^ But I think you can worry about that if it gets there :9
