So this might be an issue more with the site downtime itself, not an actual bug on the wizard quest itself, but... I was doing a wizard quest, turned in the items, and the site went down. I refreshed the page, and it told me I didn't have the items - sure enough, I didn't, and the site "ate" them. When I got done I noticed I had 370 tokens, not my usual 350, so I went back and deleted one of the 20 point tokens and then turned the rest in.

Figured I'd might as well make a bug report. Usually if this was to happen, I'd expect it would just eat my reward and not reward me (and just keep that quest active for me to still finish again).

This was reported early on the Maleria WEQ comments but is obviously happening AGAIN with all quests. Here Wizard, too.

I personally haven't noticed it happening again after this thread.
