You know, that lil word you have to enter when buying from NPC shops? I type the correct word, check it twice, yet it says it's wrong. Why?! I do have print-screens.

By any chance are you hitting the back button if you want to buy multiples of one item? The page doesn't automatically refresh anymore like it used to, so you would have to click on the captcha again in order to get a new word.

You can also have this problem if you have shops open in two tabs.

It happened when I had only one shop open for a Pete quest, asking for just one item. But it did happen a few times in the past couple of days, different quests, thought it might be yet an other bug, glitch, whatnot...hoped it will go away, but didn't :/

I've had that happen several times lately. It's just sort of random when it happens.

I've had this happen from time to time, but it's not something that happens often.

Usually it's just an "rn" that runs together to make "m", or the letters "l", "f", or "t" getting their tops cut off. Sometimes, though, I double check and it IS actually just not accepting the correctly-typed capcha.

One of my words was "cake" and believe me I type it correctly, even though I was hungry ;)

I have had it happen to me recently...but don't really think its a bug. It happened 3 days ago while questing.

I'm not positive of the sequence of events but I think what happened is this:

1. started quest
2. quest asked for 2 items (one under R50, one over R50), I opened two search tabs at once.
3. Looked at the over R50 item and clicked the button that takes me to to the shop purchase, but did not buy item at this point.
4. Went to the under R50 search tab, clicked the Buy from shop, filled in the price and bought the item.
5. went back to the over R50 item filled in price and capcha, clicked to buy and got error message. Went back to purchase page, clicked to get a new capcha and was able to buy the item.

So I'm thinking that even though the under R50 item did not ask for a capsha it still "used up" the word.

It didn't happen to me lately, but a few days ago, not since then though, I think it remembers the latest capcha, but gives an other word...don't know how to explain it. But it might be fixed now, hopefully. Thanks! :)

I haven't had this happen to me recently, either. Last time was sometime in October.
