Looks like pets.php isn't loading for my account.

The api call returns null. Something errors server-side.

Edit The new pets.php doesn't handle special characters.

I think most users don't have pets with special characters now, but there will still be a few. Worth exception handling, even if just to plaster an error message to report back in tickets.

This has been happening for me too ever since that new loading device showed up. I don't think any of my pets have special characters in them. confused

I ended up changing Thaddée's name to Thaddee to test my theory before I pinged you. ... But that means I can't test it now. I prefer the accent in his name if I can still have it, so if you want, you can query it back to Thaddée and I can test.

Still nothing but I'm checking from my cellphone. I can check on a real computer in 5 hours or so. [edit]stupid auto correct on my stupid phone! ANYWAYS still nothing on everything I check. It loads for about 15 seconds and then BAM! empty page. I even removed all my custom CSS for a sec to see if that had any effect. (it didn't)

Looks like both Delirium and Frederico are missing their pages because they had minions with pre-refactor names containing special characters. When you get a chance, can you check into what may be causing that?

shrugs I tried reproducing it by giving one of my minions an umlaut, but that didn't work. It's definitely something about pre-existing values.

Hmmm how/where am I supposed to change its name? I know how to do it using Pets Page, but I can't use it...

Also, if I go Personal>Pets> and hover it, my pets' list doesn't appear (started like 2 weeks ago...?) Minion's name was Estimação, btw.

I got there earlier with the help of a friend, but thank you anyway! Are the green/orange/red bars for happiness and hunger gone? I haven't really seen this page in a long time so I don't know if it changed... If so, the problem with the page looks solved. Thank you so much for your help!

This seems similar to the problem I have, so I'll just post here:

One of my pets who is named "Mäuschen" (ä is a special character right?) has no name on my pet site and when I'm trying to open it's profile I get:

"404 Not Found nginx/1.4.6 (Ubuntu)".

I just noticed, that I am able to view her profile from my own profile page when I click on her name there. But it still doesn't work to view her profile from my pet's page...

Yes, I still can neither see her name nor enter her profile page from my pets page.
