I have all of them in my wardrobe but the achievement isn't showing up - how do I get it?

It looks like it's not yet working. There's a thread about it on the Bug Report forum.

try searching 'mask' in your wardrobe, hit the Wear link, then open up your achievements. That's how I got mine to work.
