Recently, Anime Studio 6 was released, and so the company has decided to make the full version of 5 available for free for a limited time.

I haven't had a chance to try the program out, myself, but I figured some of you guys might appreciate the info:

Completely free, completely legit. It will ask for contact info, but no billing info or anything like that. Also, has versions for both PC and Mac. :)

I've never actually heard of this program, but it looks good from the description. Not sure it's the sort of thing I'd use myself, but it sounds like something my brother might like, especially since he's recently become interested in animation.

Omfg. I was loving this program after reading some reviews about it and I was dying to download it.. And it said it is not compatible with windows Vista. -.- Oh I've got so much bad luck..

I downloaded it on my laptop last night, and whilst I only played around with it a little, it seemed to work fine for me and I've got Vista. Can't hurt to give downloading it a try.

(Though I did have problems getting to the actual download on the page it leads you to, due to it repeatedly saying 'no order found'. I ended up having to download the demo from another site, then using the serial number they send in the e-mail to activate it. So, if that happens, try that.)

well...i downloaded it but for some reason it said that its in trial mode, so im guessing the offer had a catch in it? :(
