Is there an achievement for the Lyrical Priggle and the Rainyday Deep Blue sets

Yes, they are both on page 5 of the Subeautique achievements. You can't there by clicking on the pages in the list because the higher pages aren't being properly displayed. However you can get there by manually typing in the higher page numbers.
