If you don't mind aquiring through a semi none legit way, you can go to pokecheck.org It's kind of like trading through GTS sept there clones of a real pokemon and they have Premier ribbons on them once you recieve them so you can't trade them again to someone else. But it does allow you to get the pesky event pokemon that are only available on certain days/months or in regions we do not have access too. Though I only use it to check the legitness of trade pokemon at this point for myself. As I am trying to make sure that I am breeding Perfects that are and have been obtain in a legit way.

I didn't so much care in 1 but I do in 2 because I want to get competitive and try for one of the world tournaments. But that is just me.
