I have this same problem, and realized it after already doing 19 quests lol.

since the saggi quest was supposed to be revamped, i believe they work on it it's written in the comments of the news-post that it is better to wait

to be honest at this point with saggi i am just taking what i can get hahahaha

Yeah, I wish I'd noticed how many comments the news post had before I started doing his quests. He just ripped me out of a lot of money... oops. Ah well, live and learn? At least I only did one!
