Hey-o! I'm making up a list of features in the wardrobe to bug the programmers about adding/adjusting in the beta wardrobe. I know I've got my own personal list, but I'd like to be sure I'm not missing any major wants from the rest of you too!

To keep this thread on topic and easily skimmed, please try to keep your posts short and to the point. :)

My list: [li]drawers [li]ability to sort items into drawers from main wardrobe page (or failing that larger item previews!) [li]"search all official wears" (no cws!) option - done! [li]"recently added" sort option - done [li]ability to toggle color codes (and item images) on/off (maybe just a plain text option alongside the colors and tags ones?) - basically done [li]remove all from HA - done [li]remove checked from HA - scratching this one as the beta wardrobe allows you to remove individual items with less clicking already :) [li]toggle salon hair on/off from wardrobe - done [li]ability to adjust salon hair from wardrobe [li]?

Function/Error Issues [li]duplicate items on HA (should toggle on/off instead of adding a second copy!) - fixed [li]selecting items at bottom of page causes page jump, sometimes to different page/different search parameters. - fixed [li]Ability to select worn item and see color palette - fixed [li]getting out of the save/load avatar page - fixed

Seeing as "recently added" is the default, I really need an alphabetical sort option. Drawers are my biggest thing right now.

Good call! Adding that. :) And omg, yes, I so want my drawers back. So much time spent sorting items into drawers that don't show up right now!

Ahh all of these are so needed ;-; I don't know how easy would be to bring back "remove checked", since the checkboxes are currently being used for toggling the item on/off, but maybe we could click on the item to toggle them on/off? It wouldn't be too intuitive, idk about that one x:

I think item tags are coming to replace drawers, in which case I'd love if there was a way to assign a tag to one of your drawers and have it auto-import or something along those lines, so people wouldn't have to sort it all again D:

I would love an individual item removal, in the old wardrobe I often "put" an item on my HA just so I can click to remove it xD It could be a little link besides the items I guess?

In the tags part, I'd love a link / a way to load all items on a tag, instead of loading all items in your wardrobe! It could be helpful for people wanting to remove big amounts of (for example) CWs or Subq c: edit: When you DO load all the wardrobe things, pages would be nice!

Tag search in the wardrobe, but I think this should be in the works xD (so you can only see the contents of one specific tag, you can tag your favorite wearables and only load those when you're making your HA!)

I'd love to have a 500 items per page sorting option ;c

I'd love to see "Only custom wearables" AND "No custom wearables" available, both for your items and "All items in Subeta" ^^

I think that maybe instead of a "Item lists - New items" option, we could just have both alphabetical sorting and "recently added" sorting for both your items AND "All items in Subeta"? Idk, it feels more intuitive and less redundant for me that way XD

I'd love a warning like the old wardrobe had when you're wearing too many things on a layer, and the ability to purchase extra layer slots directly from the wardrobe (but I think those are in the works)! xD I'd like a warning when my layer slot is about to expire, too, but I'd rather those be an alert, instead of waiting for me to go to my wardrobe page so I could see the notice :c

I think the trick is in finding ways to give us ALL THE OPTIONS, but without, you know, making everything impossible to navigate. We'll work on that. ;)

(p.s. the sorting options actually do that right now! Which I just discovered myself, lol. You can select more than one option at a time so if you select "all items" and "only custom wears" you can see all of them, or just deselect "all items" to see only yours. :))

Ohh that's great XD Pairing search/sorting options is definitely the way to go! So when we get the "no custom clothing" option, we can just click that, then click "all clothing in subeta" and sort "recently added" for ordering official wears from newest to oldest :3

Yeah, I know Keith was asking for ideas about how to add a removal feature to it without making it look too crowded or too unintuitive... it's kind of hard x_x

[edit] "Only custom clothing" + "All clothing in subeta" + "Recently added" would be fun for tracking newly released CWs, haha xD Not that I don't stalk NewCW anyway, but yeah, why not make it searchable via wardrobe!

Can we suggest things that don't exist at all right now?

Like salon-colorable facial hair (barbershop?) and skin tones :o

I'd like for it to show the item name when you hover over it. It does this in the old wardrobe but I cannot find it in the beta so I assume it doesn't do that. I need naaames

I would love a way to move which item is on which layer with out having to drag. Being as I mostly reside on a touch device it is pretty much impossible to make an ava easily. [having to remove and re add every item over and over is such a butt]

So yeah, two arrows to the side of the items. Click your layer, and then which arrow you want to move it. Easy peasy lemon squeezey. Useful for many many peeps :]

oh yes, drawers I need them and I love them, they are my precious! I would definetly would love to see them on the new system! What would be awesome is to make the items a little bit bigger on the page we sort out, every couple of month I like to reorganize them, and I go blind looking at some tiny pixels!

I'd love it if you could change your base, nose, eyes, mouth and hair inside the wardrobe, as in, when you are putting clothes on your avatar. Right now you have to go to a different page to do that, and it just shows a naked avatar. I think the base features would be used more, I know that there are base hair styles and eyes that I would use with different outfits if I could. I like a lot of the base features and hair and I'd like to be able to use them but right now it's:

Too much of a pain:

Change outfit in wardrobe. Go to the "Basic Traits" page and change features. go back to wardrobe just to see that the eyes (hair, nose, ext..) don't fit right with what your wearing. Go back, change base features again. Rinse-repeat.

Maybe add the base features into the wardrobe page or make it so that when you go back to the "edit base page" it keeps whatever you are wearing on your avatar. That might be easier to do, I'm not sure.

I'm not sure how doable arrows would be, given how many little boxes/features are already fit in around items, but I'll add that to the list as something to look into.

I know right? Those tiny little icons are killer. I'm hoping we'll be able to get an easy way to sort items into drawers from the main page so you can see exactly what you're doing without straining your eyes.

I was thinking more just one set to the right or left of the big item box. It would probably be way too tough to click tiny ones that would be beside each item.

It would be nice to be able to set an insertion point where new items get added, instead of always defaulting to the top layer.

Basically it would be like an empty placeholder layer that you could move around, and any new items you add to your HA would go directly below it.

For an example of when it would be useful, imagine you've finished putting together your HA's outfit, and now you're trying to decide on a background. The placeholder could be moved to the very bottom layer, so all the backgrounds you try on go to the right place, instead of having to drag them all the way to the bottom each time.

PLEASE don't scratch "remove checked from HA". I never remove everything and it would be a total pain to cover up my zombiness every time.

I'd really like for the checkboxes to be straight underneath each other, probably on the same side as the crosses (but then you might accidentally click the cross by mistake). Having them after the item name drives me batty because I often want to hide many things at once.

For this point: warning when using too many layers (and which layer it is!) Highlighting the unwearable (topmost) items in red would be great. c:
