So, I have been frequenting this WL giveaway bard for quite some time now and try to do my part so nobody cheats the ruled, right? Well, lately, it's going to hell and a hand basket. Granted, the rules/ first poast is long but it's pretty basic. Minimum price of items on WL that can be sent must be in the 100k-300k range, don't skip people, don't post without sending something, don't beg, and so on and so forth.

But it bugs me SO MUCH when people can't take the time to read the freaking rules. If you can't be bothered to skim the text, don't send anything. An what bugged me as well is when someone sends a 300k item and all they have on their WL is 1mil+ items and expect that.

Just... grrrrr. I'm seriously ready to play roundhouse kick ping pong with them. Anyone want to join? :D

I see those threads as little more than gift begging actually. If I want to gift someone, I do it anonymously and don't send crap.

Well, I do that too but I find that thread in particular fun. Normally the people are very nice.

But I think the 'read the first post/ rules" bit goes for other threads then just this one.

Omg I agree. I go to the higher end wishlist thread all the time and the only rule really is dont skip and nothing under 1 mil, both of which I have had happen to me a few times. Grr!

I actually met a lot of my best subeta friends on those boards when I was a newbie xD (I'm looking at you !) Though I'll admit I haven't posted on one of those boards in agesss :x

Therefore, it makes me sad that some people can't stop to read a single post to know what's going on, especially since someone took the time to write it out P: If people are participating in an organized and fair manner, those boards aren't actually that bad!
