so i am new. but i am sure i am not the only one who thinks this. but maybe having a added section to the shops like a check out system where you can select how much you want of an item on top of so many items. i would suggest a max of 3-5 of each separate item and 4-5 max allowed items if you do not want to tweak the restocking amount by too much.

Keith has said recently he is on a "war against restocking" so I don't think anything with the restocking system, at least in this way, will be implemented. If anything we'll probably see restocking get harder, to help with Subeta's "economy". :)

The problem is that it would allow people to snap up all of a particular item quickly, rather then people actually restocking items the way it is now.

If I'm understanding this correctly, you want to restock multiple items in main shops?

This has been suggested before, and shot down. People would be able to just buy all of a rare/expensive item in one attempt, and many people would not be cool with that.

I wouldn't doubt that they will make changes to it in the future, but who knows when. ^^; I can't really think of a way they would go about making it more difficult to profit from restocking but I'm sure it will be interesting to say the least.

instead of being able to get multi of one item it could be changed just being able to pick out 2 items

There isn't a need for that though, I think you're just not used to restocking. It gets easier with time.

Yeah, I feel like being able to pick out even more than one item would be detrimental to Subeta's economy, actually. It might seem like a hassle to only be able to buy one item at a time, but it's for the best, really.

I think you completely misunderstand my "war against restocking". I don't want to make it harder (or really change it at all) but I want to remove a lot of the items from the system that restocking dominates because I don't think its a fun or enjoyable way to put items into the game.

I did completely misunderstand. :o xD I must have put the two ideas together when a lot of talk about Subeta's economy was going on. Thanks for clearing that up. /feels dumb

I would like this idea in user shops. I just had to click like 70 times to buy a load of Blanoirs to bomb a friend with.

In the main shops, yes, it would be bad for the Subetan economy. But I think that in the user shops, it might be able to work better.

I'm against this idea in the main shops for the reasons already stated above, like that it would allow users to snatch up too many of some sought-after items far too quickly and end up banking on it, possibly to the result of driving prices up higher for the rest of the userbase. Trying to snatch an item in migrating masks is hard enough without people being able to take multiple items all in one go. I do think it might work in user shops, though.

I'm against this in main shops and user shops, because it's really the same sort of thing. When something new is released in the Crystal shop, people sell buckets of crystals in one go (really, thousands in one shop) because the demand for them soars. If one person could cart the whole lot in a user shop that happens to be selling like 4000, I'd be annoyed I didn't even get a shot at SOME. As it is now, you have to do a lot of refreshing and it gives other people a chance to get a few hundred as well.

The only place this would work would be in a shop where there are unlimited amount of an item present like bb/epicon/rd shop (not including cash shop coz the system is already in place)

I think this might be a good idea for unlimited stock shops, like said. It would definitely come in handy, while not giving anyone an unfair advantage.
