I just did two quests for it and went from having 20k to 42k from the quest within two quests. I thought it only went up by 2k each time?

59,814 is the current total minus what I used to buy a item with.

When you get past 20 quests the prize amount goes to 40k and then goes up 2k after that until you reach 50 quests I believe then it shoots up to over 150k per quest.

Item hunt pays out 2000 times the level you are on from quests 21-50, and 3000 times the level you are on later on. It only pays 1000 times the level you are on at quests 1-20.

Wish I could remember this stuff instead of just thinking it's a glitch. I can't find a list of it anywhere and it's been forever since I actually did them a lot.
