So, this is how the HA looks with the Snow Queen Dead Feather Cape ... My current HA is the same exact HA without the cape. The cape is ridic expensive. Like 8m expensive. So. Is it worth it to buy the cape, or just keep the HA as it is now?? Please help, I just need opinions, thanks!!

I don't think you should buy the cape. If you have the intention to use it a lot then maybe you should but I don't think it matches your current HA since the cape is blue-ish and the dress is more of a black-gray color. It does need something on the shoulders, maybe a necklace?
