I think you only get it with the 10k achievement. You can get any donation present; in my vending machine, I got one March 2007 and one June 2007 present (and something else that I forgot...)

Yeah i know you can get randomly/rarely donation items there.

So you can get no Riptide there no more? Or they just made the chance more more smaller? o___o
